“Interior potentials 2011” Festival in YekaterinburgPub. date: 11.5.2011
The SKOL Company has acted as a partner of the “Interior potentials 2011” festival in Yekaterinburg on April 28th-30th.
During this forum, organized by the «TATLIN» publishing house, various master classes, lectures of eminent Russian architects and designers, round tables, presentations of the partners, excursions, and installations were conducted.
The basic event of the festival was the review-competition “Interior potentials. Project. Realization. ” and as a result of this competition awards in the field of interior design have been handed over. The jury included professionals in the fields of architecture and design not only from Yekaterinburg, but also from Moscow, Perm and Novosibirsk. Boris Uborevich-Borovsky, the Moscow architect, professor of Moscow Architectural Institute, and director of the architecture and design workshop «Ub. Design» has acted as a chairman of the Jury.
Among very many interesting, competent, and original works of the participants of the competition our company has decided to give prizes to the following participants:
The main prize IPad with the application of the catalog of the SKOL finishing materials went to the «DVOE» design studio (authors Julia Odintsova and Evgeniy Bazhenov) for realization of an interior of apartment in modern style.
Honorable mention prizes have been handed over to:
“In Form” architectural bureau, headed by Timur Abdullaev, for realization of interiors of offices of the “Ural airlines”;
Architects Tatyana Pestovskaya and Olga Filippova, for realization of reconstruction of the Hall of negotiations in the Residence of the governor of Sverdlovsk Region;
Architects Elena Mamaeva and Peter Lyubavin, for the project of an interior of a country house.
We thank all participants of this significant and bright event, and special thanks to the initiator and the organizer of the festival the “TATLIN» publishing house staff for the idea of the festival, creative atmosphere, and live dialogues; and we hope for the further fruitful cooperation!
